I enjoed my stay at the hotel but was a little disspointed with my room. I was there on my own this trip house hunting so it wasn't important. The single room that i had was layed out in such a way there was no head board on my bed and my pillows kept sliding off the bed. The room Was leaned daily and staff very friendly and helpful .
The Room Lay out, no balconay the air con was temprmental and the phone did not work I would not stay here again as the noise levels over the weekend were outragious as party goers returning from the clubs at 2,3,4,5,6,and 7 in the morning did not care what sort of noise they made. There is no sound insulation between the walls and you could hear what the people in th enext room were saying.
Staff at the reception are very ignorant.
I like the hotel because of the location. Five minute walk to the beach. Close to the de bossa area. Excellent staff. Meet all of our demands. Very helpful with information. There is an atm right outside the hotel. Plenty of options for food inside the hotel. Also when it is time to leave they have a holding area for your luggage along with bathroom and shower.
It was a very basic, but clean and comfortable room for a reasobanle price. The rooms have been cleaned and towels changed every day. I really liked the blackout curtains that allow you to sleep all day and the sun doesnt wake you up. The hotel is quite close to the sea (2mins walk), close to Playa den Bossa. It is 25mins walk to the city center of Eivissa but there is a bus stop next to the hotel which runs every 30mins and brings you to the city center in 10mins.
I asked for a hair-dryer in a reception and I was asked to pay extra 3 EUR/day + deposit. Also you have to pay extra for a remote control of the air-conditioner and TV.
How do you class this hotel !! ... So controversial indeed. The hotel is very clean, very spacious and offers great facilities, from nice rooms, big balconies, lovely swimming pool and good bar and reception areas. It also has sufficient parking, at least out of season and is a short drive to Eivissa/Ibiza city. On this basis, the hotel deserves at least 3 stars rating !!
Oh my god. Where do you start on here.First the beach which is around 300m away is pretty bad due to algae. One should go to Figueretas near the city for better beaches. The toilets could to with an upgrade, although they are a good 2 star rating. It is also too far from the city to go the walking every day. Cycling or driving is better. The biggest problem witht the hotel are their ridiculous procedures. The hotel is owned by a big corporate and they seem to have had problems with clients in the past. How else can you explain a scenario of beingl ocked out of your room as after extending the say for 1 day, they lock you out as you did not pay for this one single extra day in advance, but went to Formentear on a day trip instead, only to return to locked door and unfriendly and unflexible staff who demanded pay, before letting in your in the room. Ridicculous procedures !!
Nothing at all!
This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks travel in Spain. The staff was very unfriendly, not polite, with no willingness to help, the answers like "it's not our business", "we cannot help you with this", " you can do it yourself" were a usual thing for them. The room were not clean, once it was not cleaned at all, we had to ask several times to clean it before they started doing something. We will never stay there again and will never advice anybody to do it.
Location was great. Cleanliness was good. Nice swimming pool, bar and restaurant.
One day I saw one of the night employees telling a client to shut up just because he had lost his key card. The other empleyees were very nice and polite.
The swimming pool is unbelievable huge, the staff is really friendly, the rooms are clean and big enough.
Location was great and the customer service was excellent.
I booked this hotel because I needed a place to sleep for 6 hours out of 24 .... it's not a good hotel but you have a place to shower and to sleep ..... I only liked the girl in the reception with a nice tattoo on her arm .... breakfast starts at 8.00 am but they put all the things on their places at about 8.30 - 8.45 ... so try to be there around nine .... I never took dinner or lunch inside the hotel although I had all inclusive and only drunk water and milk
Based on your experience, would you recommend this hotel? I only recommend this hotel if the rate of 500 euros is for 6 nights and if you really love noise, there are a lot of young people in the hotel and they came to Ibiza to party and they don't care about anything else, I wasn't bothered by the noise but I've heard it
It is well located for enjoying the beach and visiting Ibiza city by bus.
The buses from the hotel to the center are not going often.
The position- close to the most famous clubs and bora bora sunset, 10 minutes far away from IbiZa city and gorgeous playa de Las salinas. Saint antony quite close Too (25" driving) Good value for money place - fair 2 star hotel, with for sure 3 stars breakfast.
Very big big hotel al most only young guys populated by. I would not recommend to families or old couples; some noise during the night from people coming back from clubs.
This is a budget tourist hotel with average everything. Nothing to complain about, nothing to compliment in particular.
We had half board and by our last day (3) I had already tired of the menu. The food is mediocre although with some bright spots and some dismal choices, although some of that may be due to my personal tastes. All told, average food for a decent price.
The all inclusive service is incredible, the food is more than enough, you cannot choose from the huge list of meats, salads, pastries etc. You can drink lots of cool cocktails, long drinks, beer, wine, coffee...
Good location, good hotel facilities. Price is very good taking into account a quality of food at full board. Good hotel for cheap price! Will recommend if for young Ibiza travellers.
Maybe sometimes it is too noisy inside. But it Ibiza! =)
